Return and exchange policy at Aktan Store! Product nature: all abayas available in the store are made to order to ensure the best fit and quality for our customers. Return and exchange: returns and exchanges are only allowed in case of a problem with the product or if the size is incorrect and the mistake is caused by the store. In case of any of the above issues, the customer has the right to request an exchange only within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the abaya. The abaya to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and tags. Please note that if the customer wishes to exchange, they are obliged to pay the shipping and delivery costs related to the return process. Modifications: the purchase is considered final once the customer receives the abaya, and no modifications are allowed after that.
